We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide one-on-one support to NDIS participants in the community and home environment.
This is a casual position with flexible hours, including weekday, evening, weekend, and occasional public holiday shifts.
Responsibilities
You will assist participants with:
- Community access and social participation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Personal care assistance
- Domestic assistance and household tasks
- Meal preparation
- Shopping and errands
- Companionship and emotional support
- Supporting independence and daily living activities
- Basic documentation after each shift
Requirements
Applicants must have:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (desirable but not essential)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Previous disability, aged care, nursing, or community support experience
