About the Role
Kelsian Group is delivering a multi-year technology transformation, and our Group IT Project Management Office is growing to keep pace. We are looking for a capable Project Manager to join the team for an immediate start, taking ownership of assigned technology projects across our portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of the IT PMO, you will manage projects from initiation through to close, keeping delivery on time, on budget and aligned to agreed scope. It is a strong next step for a project manager ready to broaden the range and scale of projects they deliver.
You may be assigned projects from across our technology portfolio. Experience delivering IT infrastructure and cyber security projects would be well regarded, as this is where much of our current demand sits, though it is not essential.
What you will do

Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with your stakeholders.

Develop and execute project plans, tracking progress against timelines and budget.

Coordinate cross-functional and vendor teams to deliver agreed outcomes.

Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues to keep delivery on track.

Engage stakeholders, manage expectations and keep communication open and clear.

Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to the PMO and stakeholders.
What you will bring

Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering technology or business change projects to agreed scope, schedule and budget.

Sound working knowledge of waterfall, agile and hybrid project delivery approaches.

Confidence coordinating internal teams, technical specialists, vendors and business stakeholders.

Ther ability to identify and manage delivery risks, resolve routine issues and escalate material matters appropriately.

Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A collaborative approach and commitment to developing your project management capability.
Qualifications and experience

A recognised project management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or AgilePM, or a genuine commitment to gaining one. (desirable)

Experience delivering projects across a diverse business.

Experience coordinating project teams and producing clear project documentation.
