A professional Nail Technician with Beauty Skills is responsible for delivering high‑quality nail services acrylic, Infill, nail art, gel polish, shellac, builder gel, French, and a range of beauty treatments to enhance client satisfaction and support the overall operations of the salon or spa. This role requires strong technical ability, excellent client care, and a professional undereye Responsibilities
- Nail Services
- Perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, BIAB, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Shape, buff, file, and maintain natural nails.
- Provide cuticle care and nail health advice.
- Ensure all nail tools and stations are sanitised according to hygiene protocols.
- Beauty Treatments
- Provide basic beauty services such as:
- Eyebrow shaping and tinting
- Lash tinting
- Facial waxing
- Basic facials (if qualified)
- Hand and foot spa treatments
- Recommend suitable beauty treatments based on client needs.
- Client Care
- Greet clients warmly and maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere.
- Conduct consultations to understand client preferences and concerns.
- Offer aftercare advice for nails and beauty treatments.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
- Salon Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Assist with product sales and promote salon services.
- Follow all workplace health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Nail Technology / Beauty Therapy (preferred).
- Proven 2 to 4 years' experience as a nail technician or beauty therapist.
- Strong knowledge of nail care, beauty treatments, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent professional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and creativity in nail design.
