What you will do
As senior project officer, you will help manage health contracts across Victoria's custodial system.
You will support better health outcomes through strong governance, reporting and improvement work.
You will:
-
lead contract assurance systems that support compliance and reduce risk
-
manage health contracts and drive continuous improvement initiatives
-
develop governance and reporting requirements for complex contracts
-
prepare strategic advice, briefings, reports and correspondence on sensitive matters
-
support innovative solutions that improve health service delivery.
About you
A tertiary or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable. You should also have experience managing contracts and/or delivering projects.
You should also have:
-
strong contract management or project delivery experience
-
excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-
confidence using data to support decisions and improve outcomes
-
the ability to build positive relationships and support others to perform at their best.
