Marketing Specialist – Content & Campaigns

Heartland Bank Australia is growing, and we’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years’ experience who enjoys building content and bringing campaigns to life.
This is a hands-on role sitting within our Brand and Marketing team, focused on creating content, executing campaigns and delivering CRM activity that actually goes live.
You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into clear, compelling and compliant marketing that drives customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
You’ll work across both Heartland Bank Australia and StockCo by Heartland Bank, with real visibility of your work in market.

What you’ll be doing
Content and campaign execution (core focus)
Create marketing content across digital, website, social and campaign channels
Build campaign assets from brief through to launch
Translate product and customer insights into clear, engaging messaging
Work with agency partners to brief, review and deliver creative
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent and customer-first
Campaign delivery and optimisation
Support end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns
Coordinate timelines, stakeholders and briefs to get campaigns live
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Contribute to testing across messaging, audiences and content
CRM and lifecycle marketing
Execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns across key customer journeys
Support segmentation and tailored messaging to improve engagement
Build and deliver communications across acquisition, onboarding and retention
Governance and compliance (part of delivery)
Ensure all marketing activity meets regulatory requirements and internal approvals
Apply a customer-first lens, including vulnerable customer considerations
Balance speed with accuracy and compliance
What you’ll bring
2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a focus on content and/or campaigns
Strong writing skills and the ability to simplify complex messages
Experience creating content across digital channels
Experience supporting or delivering campaigns end-to-end
High attention to detail and ability to get work live quickly and accurately
Desirable
Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers
Interest in testing, optimisation and performance
