We are seeking a Core or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team in Brisbane and Ipswich.
About the Role
In this role, you will work collaboratively with participants, families, support teams, and allied health professionals to develop and implement evidence-based, person-centred behaviour support plans. You will be part of a supportive and neuroaffirming team where your expertise can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.
Employment Type: Casual Employee
Pay Rate: Starting from $65.00 per hour
What We're Looking For
- Core or above Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Ability to write NDIS interim, comprehensive, and progress reports
- Competency in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodivergent conditions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and report-writing skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred supports
