Cable Beach House is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at one of Broome's most iconic beachfront venues. This position requires someone that will lead and oversee the food and beverage department in the day to day operations.
Located overlooking the world-famous Cable Beach, you'll enjoy working in a relaxed, vibrant atmosphere while serving locals and visitors from around the world.
The successful candidate must possess:
- Previous experience on a similar role or managerial
- Experience in food & beverage service and cellaring
- Sound knowledge of the F&B industry
- Experience in training and coaching other employees
- Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills
- Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA or willing to obtain licence prior to start work

Availability:
On offer, we have 1 casual role available. We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
