The Opportunity
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Sign Manufacturer to join our Media & Signage team at our Hendra workshop. You’ll be part of a busy, skilled crew delivering high-quality digital and static signage projects — from assembly through to final finish.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, variety in their day, and seeing a finished product leave the workshop.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in the end-to-end manufacture of signage, including:
- Fabrication, assembly and finishing of signage components
- LED planning, low-voltage wiring, vinyl application, and surface preparation
- Reading drawings and job sheets and completing quality checks
- Operating hand tools and workshop machinery safely
Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive workshop environment

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you do need a solid foundation and the right attitude.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience in signage, manufacturing, or assembly (or a strong trade / technical background)
- Confidence using hand tools and performing manual tasks
- A good eye for detail and pride in producing quality work
- A reliable, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn
- A current manual driver’s licence
White / Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
