What to Expect
The Order Operations Specialist is a member of the global sales operations team with a focus on the local market. In this fast-paced internal focused position, you will directly support the accurate administration of customer orders and transactions in Tesla’s systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated and detail focused individual wanting to establish a career within Tesla.
This role is a 12 Month Contract (Maternity Leave cover).
What You'll Do
- Responds to information requests related to orders from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organisation, providing ongoing guidance on implemented processes

Recording of customer and financial information and ensures quality of data in and other internal systems that support sales, production and financial management

Maintains a database of all applicable fees and charges related to the vehicle purchase process

Works closely with Sales and Delivery to ensure correct documents are provided at time of sale

Coordinates with Finance and IT to ensure orders and payments are accurately captured in all downstream systems

Investigates system discrepancies quickly and finalizes solutions

Provide regular assistance to the Enterprise sales team

Articulates specific ideas on how to further refine systems or processes

Participates in testing of new and updated system logic and procedures
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in an operationally-related role or within the automotive industry

Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to adapt to frequent change

Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines

Comfort working with multiple teams and colleagues from various management levels

Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment
