If you're based in the Riverina and you want to make a genuine difference to people's lives, we'd love to talk.
Jeder Institute is a national collective of practitioners who work without hierarchy, without head offices and with a genuine commitment to person-centred practice.
We're looking for a CoS who knows the community and wants to serve it well.
---
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
You'll work alongside NDIS participants across Wagga Wagga and the Riverina region to help them understand their plans, connect with the right supports and build the skills and confidence to navigate the system on their own terms.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Helping participants understand and get the most from their NDIS plans
- Connecting people with services, community supports and informal networks that fit where they live and how they want to live
- Coordinating complex, multi-provider supports alongside mainstream services
- Being a steady, reliable presence when things get hard
- Monitoring plan budgets across a 12-month cycle
- Completing service agreements, referrals, risk assessments and NDIA reports
- Supporting participants through plan reviews
A CoS is not a rostering service, a personal care worker, or a paid advocate.
This work is about building independence, not dependency.
