Reporting to the Director of Grace Records Management, this challenging and exciting role will see you responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, quality of service and overall development of your Region. You will manage the activities of the sales, customer service and operations and lead these teams to success.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Extensive experience in managing organisations with a similar range of functions
- Proven ability at a similar level of responsibility with a focus on cost effective delivery of services
- High level managerial, interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to be flexible and perform under pressure whilst remaining fully focused on the “bigger picture”
- A strong and detailed understanding of business principles, organisational procedures and management practices
- Broad experience in contract negotiation and management
- Demonstrated experience in sales management
- Experience in applying Quality and Risk management and effectively monitoring regional Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental requirements
- Proven ability to create, maintain and develop long and short term client relationships
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral
