We are seeking a site administrator for an up-coming project, the role will be site based in Kooragang Island (Newcastle)
The role will start ASAP, approx. 5 months' work on offer, the successful candidate will work a standard 38-hour week, Monday to Friday until the shutdown commences in early October. Once the shutdown begins, the roster will transition to 6 days per week, 11-hour shift for the 6 weeks duration of the shutdown.

Your Responsibilities
Manage all site documentation
General Site Admin Support
Maintain the document control register, issuing, registering, tracking and archiving documents
Maintain work pack tracker to ensure proper document control
Review, Print and Distribute work packs
Maintain the punch list register
Maintain the NCR Register
Provide procurement and administration support to the quality and planning team
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
A strong background in Administration
Previous experience in Document control, quality admin - highly regarded
Exceptional skills in excel and Microsoft suite
The ability to work under pressure and tackle fast-paced, critical project milestones.
