The role
Crown Sydney is home to the ultra-prestigious Crown Residences at One Barangaroo, and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join our Residential Concierge team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Crown Ambassador, you’ll be providing elevated and personalised service experiences for all guests and visitors, whilst ensuring the needs and requirements of our residents are fulfilled. You'll offer assistance for restaurant and amenity bookings, facilitate access to residential services, as well as collaborating closely with other departments across the property to ensure smooth, detailed and holistic experiences.
Our Residential Concierge team work across as rotating 24/7 roster. Rosters are provided in advance and include a predictable mix of day, evening and overnight shifts – giving you the opportunity to enjoy a work/life balance.
You’ll be:
Actively contributing to effective and efficient daily operations of the Residential Concierge desk
Providing accurate and timely information and advice to all guests, visitors and residents
Responding to special requests, account payments and other various queries
Entering data and relevant information in MYBOS and Opera, ensuring accurate record history
Collaborating with Bell Services, Loading Dock, Front Office & Villas, Gaming, Property Services, Spa and Food & Beverage
Completing daily tours of the Crown Sydney observation deck, escorting to the deck and giving insights into the Crown Sydney resort, local area and key sights of Sydney
You’ll bring:
Experience in a similar frontline hosting role within a hotel, hospitality or residential environment
Ability to provide superior service and uphold expectations within a luxury environment
Strong skills with the Microsoft office suite of products (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams etc)
Ability to work with and manage multiple channels of communication and technology
Permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia
Understanding of Residential or Hotel PMS, such as MYBOS or OPERA is advantageous
