The Role
You’ll be the face of our brand on the move. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Setting the Stage: Ensuring the boutique is pristine, welcoming, and beautifully presented for opening each day.
- The Experience: Greeting and engaging guests with genuine enthusiasm and professional flair.
- The Scent: Introducing our artisanal collection of oud perfumes, oils, and incense, helping guests find their signature scent.
- The Business: Processing POS transactions, managing stock, and tracking daily sales performance.
- The Standard: Maintaining flawless visual merchandising and a clean, luxurious store environment.

Who You Are
- A Natural Connector: Confident, personable, and able to strike up a conversation with anyone.
- Reliable & Consistent: Able to commit to a permanent part-time schedule (5 morning shifts per week, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 2 PM).
- Retail Ready: Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling regular store upkeep and stock replenishment.
- Presentation Matters: Impeccably presented with an eye for detail and a genuine passion for fragrance or luxury beauty.
- Legal: Must be 18+ with full right to work in Australia.
