This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting operational, maintenance, logistics and asset management activities across the organisation. The role ensures the effective maintenance and operation of facilities, employee housing, vehicles, equipment, community services and maintenance to support safe, efficient and compliant service delivery.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining operational continuity across the Clinic, Head Office, Community Wellness services while ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety standards and organisational policies. The position works and collaborates closely with the Clinical Operations Coordinator and Workforce Coordinator.

The successful applicant will have access to a range of benefits, including:
- Excellent salary $115,000 + Superannuation

Ability to salary package up to $15,900 per annum, plus a further $2,650 per annum on Meals and Entertainment

About Mala’la
Mala’la Health Service is a respected and accredited Aboriginal Corporation providing services to the seaside community of Maningrida (520 km east of Darwin), with a population of approximately 3,500 people. These services include Primary Health Care, Aged & Community Care, Family & Community Wellness, Drugs & Alcohol Services. Mala’la Health Service provides Primary Health Care services to Maningrida and surrounding homelands under a Community Control model.
Essential Requirements
The role will see you working in a remote Aboriginal Community. All applicants must have an understanding of, and commitment to Aboriginal Community Control, self-determination, and the issues faced by Aboriginal people living in remote settings.
