About the Role
We are offering a
graduate/entry level opportunities within our Product team focused on Power & Controls.
This role combines two core responsibilities. You will contribute to the delivery of product initiatives, working alongside Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support key product activities and business priorities.
At the same time, you will take ownership of a defined product portfolio. This includes managing day-to-day product activities, maintaining product information, and ensuring your product range remains accurate, responsive, and aligned to business needs.
This structure provides a balance of exposure and accountability - allowing you to support broader portfolio outcomes while developing ownership and confidence within your own scope.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver assigned activities that support product launches, updates and broader portfolio initiatives
- Manage a defined product portfolio, including product data, documentation and stakeholder queries
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and pricing to support decision-making
- Coordinate with internal teams to progress product-related initiatives and resolve issues
- Track product performance and contribute to reporting and internal enablement
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Early-career exposure to a commercial, technical or product-related environment
- Ability to take ownership of a defined scope while contributing to broader team outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking, with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear, professional communication and confidence working across stakeholders
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Genuine interest in products, technology and commercial outcomes
