As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and driven experienced Warehouse Store person who doesn’t just follow processes — but takes ownership and lifts the standard of warehouse operations.
This is more than a hands-on role. It’s an opportunity to step up as a leader on the floor, take initiative, and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across both warehouse and store.
You will be at the centre of daily warehouse operations, ensuring stock movement, accuracy and safety are executed to a high standard — while also setting the tone for how the warehouse operates.
You’ll be trusted to:
- Take ownership of the warehouse environment and drive high standards of organisation and efficiency
- Identify improvements in processes, stock flow and day-to-day operations
- Support and guide team members through leading by example
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store and warehouse integration
- Leading by example in day-to-day warehouse operations, setting expectations for pace, accuracy and safety
- Picking, packing and preparing orders with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Receiving and processing incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and accountability
- Maintaining stock integrity through cycle counts and stocktakes
- Proactively identifying and resolving stock or operational issues
- Ensuring the warehouse is consistently clean, organised and running at a high standard
- Supporting and assisting team members while promoting a strong team culture
- Assisting customers and the showroom team where required

- Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or stock control

- Forklift licence
