We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to service our arcade machines across Brisbane Southside and West. If you're organised, enjoy practical work and take pride in doing a great job, this could be the perfect role.
Every day you'll travel between locations, keeping our arcade machines stocked, collecting cash, carrying out basic maintenance and making sure every machine is clean, attractive and ready for customers to enjoy.
No previous arcade experience is required. We'll provide all the training you need.

What You'll Be Doing
- Visit multiple customer locations each day on a planned service route
- Restock claw machines and other arcade games with prizes and confectionery
- Collect, count and securely bank cash
- Keep machines clean, well presented and operating at their best
- Carry out basic repairs and preventative maintenance
- Report faults requiring further technical attention
- Complete service records and machine audits
- Build positive relationships with venue staff
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys working independently
- Is reliable, trustworthy and highly organised
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is comfortable handling cash accurately
- Takes pride in keeping equipment clean and presentable
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Owns a reliable, insured vehicle
- Can obtain a National Police Check
Experience in vending, merchandising, courier work, field service, hospitality, retail, cash collection or similar roles will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
