We are looking for a talented Branch Administrator to join our high performing team in Leeton, NSW. In this role, you will coordinate documents and gather and input data related to assigned administrative support duties for the branch with limited supervision.
This is a permanent job share role, 5 days over a fortnight, working every Thursday & Friday and every second Wednesday, with the opportunity for extra hours covering sick and planned leave
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide administrative support including research, reporting, and information requests
- Accurately enter and maintain data across reports, presentations, and databases
- Support data collection and generate reports for departmental activities
- Coordinate office administration including scheduling, correspondence, and visitor management
- Respond to and redirect enquiries for timely and accurate resolution
- Process vendor payments and assist with payment-related queries
- Support projects, process improvements, and guide less experienced team members
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
- Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and quick to adapt to new systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license required
