We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support our People & Culture team across a range of core administrative and coordination activities. This role is based in Nundah, Brisbane on a 4–6 month contract basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Provide administrative support across HR processes including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes and general people administration

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and documentation

Coordinate employment contracts, letters, compliance documentation and other key HR paperwork

Support recruitment coordination including job postings, interview scheduling and candidate communications

Respond to internal HR queries and provide timely, professional support to stakeholders across the business

Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, administration or coordination role

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable style

Strong systems capability with confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
