About the Role:
You will be the face of the business......welcoming customers, creating a great atmosphere and making sure every person leaves with a smile and probably an extra treat they did not know they needed..
Your day-to-day includes:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Making Coffee
- Keeping shelves stocked and visually appealing
- Driving sales through confident upselling
- Keeping front of house spotless and organised
- Helping with simple baking prep when needed
