We are seeking a highly capable Accommodation Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of SIL homes, with a strong focus on stakeholder relationships, intake and participant experience.
This role is suited to someone who builds trust quickly, communicates with clarity, and can confidently manage complexity across participants, families and Support Coordinators -while still maintaining strong operational oversight.
This is not a purely administrative or desk-based role.
The Role
You will be the key point of contact for participants, families and Support Coordinators, ensuring each home is stable, responsive and well-supported.
You will work closely with Clinical and Rostering teams, balancing relationship management with day-to-day operational awareness across your homes.
What This Role Demands
- High-level stakeholder management across families, SCs and allied health
- Strong intake capability - assessing fit, managing transitions and setting expectations
- Ability to build trust while holding clear boundaries
- Daily awareness of participant wellbeing and house dynamics
- Confidence managing complex conversations and escalations
- Collaboration with rostering to ensure stability and consistency
- Oversight of documentation, communication and service quality
The Environment
You will oversee homes supporting:
- Complex psychosocial and behavioural needs
- Participants requiring structured, consistent support
- Environments where behaviours of concern may be present
- Clinically informed SIL models with high expectations
Non-Negotiable Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in SIL, disability or mental health
- Proven experience in a coordination, Team Leader or stakeholder-facing role
- Strong experience managing families and Support Coordinators
- Demonstrated experience with intake, transitions or service matching
- Solid understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and complex support environments
- Qualification in Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, Disability or related field (preferred)

Pay: $60,199.90 – $119,331.40 per year
