Description:
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Beaumont Tiles, providing expert advice and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and project advice
- Assisting customers with product selection across tiles, flooring and bathroomware
- Preparing quotes and converting opportunities into sales
- Building strong relationships with retail, trade and builder customers
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets
Skills and Experiences:
