Hours: 12 hours per week
Roster: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Male Disability Support Worker to support a 26-year-old participant with Autism and Mild Intellectual Disability in Nunawading.
The participant is independent with personal care and public transport and enjoys boxing, online gaming, Pokémon, technology, and going out for meals. His main goal is to gain paid employment while building greater independence and confidence.
Key Support Areas:
- Domestic skill development – meal preparation, cleaning and laundry
- Community access and participation
- Routine building, organisation and planning
- Emotional regulation and positive behaviour support
- Social coaching and communication
- Employment preparation and job-seeking support
- Building confidence and independence
Highly desirable: Experience with employment support, resume/job applications, computer skills, public transport, fitness/sports, gaming, or budgeting.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is patient, encouraging, organised, and confident using a capacity-building approach. A genuine interest in helping participants achieve their employment and independence goals is essential.
Essential: NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, relevant experience/qualification, and Australian working rights.
