What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of a well-managed residential portfolio, with the support and structure you need to succeed — without feeling overwhelmed.
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties with a focus on quality service, not just quantity
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently (no chaos, just systems that work)
- Handle arrears and tenant enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
- Ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements
- Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and trusted trades
- Contribute to improving processes and property management strategies
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who’s capable, organised, and ready to grow — but also values balance as much as performance.
- 2–3 years of property management experience
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio smoothly and professionally
- Strong time management skills (so your workday stays under control)
- Clear, confident communication with all stakeholders
- Solid understanding of legislation and compliance requirements
- Comfortable using property management systems

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
