About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Process and Planning/Scheduler Coordinator to assist our team in the coordination of production across Machine Shop, Steel Processing, and Robotics departments. You will be comfortable on the factory floor and possess excellent communication skills, as a key part of your role you will be working between the departments ensuring that manufacturing schedules meet production targets and customer lead times.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedules across various manufacturing departments

Data entry into our ERP system

Maintain accurate reporting/filing

Work with Management on driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and waste

Monitor materials, equipment usage, and production performance
Essential Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Intermediate skills across Microsoft office applications
-
Good knowledge of large ERP systems
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
