What is involved in mystery shopping?
As a Mystery Shopper, you will be required to complete secret visits to retailers and/or restaurants and review the overall experience. Your feedback helps our clients measure their service performance to improve the overall customer experience.

Mystery Shopper responsibilities:
- Shop in various stores within a specific timeframe.
- Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit.
- Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop.
- Submit your survey findings online within the deadline.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate as a mystery shopper.
Skills needed:
- Must be enthusiastic, well presented, reliable and can work within strict reporting deadlines.
- Must have regular access to email, internet, computer/laptop or iPad/tablet and a smartphone.
- Excellent attention to detail and information retention skills.
- High level of communication, spelling, and grammar skills.
