Enkindle Psychology is looking for a registered psychologist to join the practice on a flexible contractor basis.
This role is ideal for a psychologist who already has other work and would like to build a small additional private-practice caseload from home.

Important to know
Enkindle Psychology is currently growing from a solo practice into a small multi-practitioner practice.
This is therefore a growth-stage contractor opportunity, not a position with an established guaranteed caseload.
Referrals will be offered gradually as new clients enquire, and the number of referrals may vary from week to week. Some existing clients may also be offered continuity of care during periods of practitioner leave.
There is no guaranteed minimum number of sessions or income.
You remain free to accept or decline referrals based on your availability, clinical fit and professional judgement.
You’ll need
- Current general or clinical psychologist registration with AHPRA
- Eligibility to provide Medicare-rebatable psychology services
- Own ABN
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Working With Children Check where required
- Police check or willingness to obtain one
- Confidence working independently
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
EMDR training is highly desirable but not essential.
Private-practice experience is helpful but not mandatory.
How the role works
You will be engaged as an independent contractor and retain responsibility for your own clinical work, supervision, professional development and client communication.
The Practice provides the core systems for bookings, reminders, invoicing, payments, Medicare claiming, telehealth and clinical records.
General reception or administrative support is not included, so you will liaise directly with your own clients where needed.
The initial engagement will be a 3-month trial, with the aim of building the arrangement gradually if it is a good fit for both parties.
