We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Migration Coordinator to assist our Persian-speaking clients and support our business growth initiatives.
About the Role:
- Provide interpretation and translation support when required.
- Support clients throughout their migration and education journey.
- Assist with general administrative and client service tasks.
- Create and participate in social media content, including short videos and promotional materials.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Requirements
- Fluency in Persian (Farsi) and English is essential, as the role involves assisting Persian-speaking clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Australian visas is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Applicants must have valid work rights in Australia.
