ARL Laboratory Services Pty Ltd is looking for a Multidiscipline Advanced NDT Technician for our operations in Hemmant QLD 4174 and in Yennora NSW 2161.
Essential Criteria:
1. Must have AINDT or PCN or ASNT Level II in Radiography Testing (RT), Magnetic particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
2. Having AINDT or PCN or ASNT in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) would be an advantage.
3. Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ of experience.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. An understanding and commitment to OHSE.
6. Good understanding of relevant industry Standards and codes.
7. Knowledge and experience in developing and interpreting drawings.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Gammy Ray as well as X Ray on pipeline, Tanks, Vessels and Tubes and process and interpret the results.
2. Carried out MPI, PT on all types of welds by using both methods like fluorescent and non fluorescent.
3.Interpret the results of all methods of non-destructive testing such as leak detection, liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, neutron radiographic, radiographic, ultrasonic, and visual testing.
4. Select, calibrate, or operate convention and advance equipment’s used in the non-destructive testing of products or materials.
5. Carried out UT- corrosion mapping and thickness gauging on pipelines, vessels and Tanks.
