About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Epsom team in a permanent part‑time role. In this role, you’ll support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play‑based experiences while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel confident, curious, and supported to grow, while building strong relationships with children and families and contributing to high‑quality outcomes for every child.
Key Responsibilities
Support play‑based learning aligned with the EYLF
Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assist with observations and documentation
Work as part of a collaborative and supportive team
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and care
About You
ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Must have completed National Child Safety Training + Victorian Child Protection Training
Passionate about children’s learning, wellbeing, and development
A positive communicator who enjoys being part of a team
Committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement
Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
