Due to our rapid growth in Australia and NZ, we are approaching AU$15m annual revenues and now are looking to recruit an ambitious driven finance professional looking for their next challenge.
In conjunction with the CFO and wider Finance Team you will be responsible for:
Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and information to tight month end timelines
Monitor, and process the day-to-day financial operations within the jurisdiction, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
Leading the relationship between our business and external agents/ auditors
Business partnering with the SLT in APAC to ensure they get accurate and timely information to aid with decision making
Managing all local taxation matters
Adhering to financial regulations and legislation
Preparing budgets and regular forecasts for the region
Maintaining a control environment (monthly balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews)
Monitoring internal financial control
Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures aligned to group
Aid in streamlining financial processes for the region
Project managing a new finance system implementation for the region led by team at HQ
Your Experience
4+ years experience in a similar role
You will be a CA/CPA qualified accountant
Experience in planning and management reporting
Sound technical and practical knowledge of local accounting and regulatory reporting requirements
Advanced Excel skills
Salary/Superannuation/Payroll Tax/Workers Compensation experience (desirable)
Desirable skills and/or experience
Experience and involvement of new finance system implementation
Experience in a Software and high recurring revenue business
