Epping Family Dental is a busy, modern 5-chair practice with a 20-year legacy of trusted care — and 1,000+ Google reviews at a 4.9-star average to back it up. We're currently fully booked, performing complex work daily: implants, surgery and digital dentistry.
We're looking for a front office professional who matches that standard at the front desk.

The role
You are the face and voice of the practice — the first and last impression every patient has. You make people feel welcomed, comfortable and understood.
- Patient experience: Greet patients warmly and manage the flow of a fast-paced waiting room.
- Communication: Handle phone and email enquiries professionally in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Practice management: Manage the appointment book, process health fund claims and POS transactions, and maintain electronic records (we use CareStack).
- Connection: More than a receptionist — a communicator who builds genuine rapport so patients feel at ease.
What we're looking for
- Trilingual fluency (essential): Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Tech-savvy and organised: We're a paperless, digital practice. You're comfortable juggling priorities and picking up modern software quickly.
- Bright and motivated: A can-do attitude and real energy for the team.
- Experience: Previous dental experience is desirable, but we'll train the right person with the right attitude.
