Join the Royal Rehab Group as a
Senior Business Analyst and play a key role in driving meaningful change across a purpose driven organisation.
Working closely with leaders, project teams and operational teams, you’ll turn business challenges into practical solutions by uncovering opportunities, analysing requirements, mapping processes and designing better ways of working.
From system enhancements and workflow automation to process redesign, data insights and reporting, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen governance and enhance organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with stakeholders across Royal Rehab Group to understand business needs, challenges, risks and opportunities.
- Lead requirements analysis, process mapping and workflow design, translating stakeholder priorities into practical business, process and technology solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows, reduce duplication, strengthen controls and improve operational efficiency.
- Support strategic and cross functional initiatives including system implementations, system optimisation, operating model improvements and workflow automation.
- Analyse data and develop reports, dashboards and insights to support informed decision making, performance monitoring and benefits tracking.
- Support data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with operational leaders, project teams, enabling functions and external partners to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop clear process documentation, standardised workflows and user guidance to support change readiness and embed sustainable improvements.
About you..
We seek an experienced and solutions focused individual with:
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems, project management, data analytics or a related field.
- Several years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Process Improvement, Systems Analyst, Continuous Improvement or Transformation role.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping current and future state processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and process insights to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies and solutions.
- Experience developing or analysing reports, dashboards and performance metrics to support informed decision making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and working collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Experience supporting system implementations, UAT, data migration, validation, troubleshooting and change readiness activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a sound understanding of business systems, reporting tools and process improvement methodologies.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations, business transformation or organisation-wide improvement programs.
- Experience working in health, disability, human services, not-for-profit or multi-site service delivery environments.
