Top Electrical is an electrical wholesaler and retail store located in Greenacre. We sell thousands of products from electrical cables to security cameras. Currently, we are looking for retail sales representatives with experience in customer-facing sales as well as some electrical product knowledge (preferable).
We are offering both full-time and part-time roles.
About the Role:
- Assist trade and retail customers with their electrical supply needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Recommend products and upsell where appropriate.
- Process sales accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer phone enquiries and respond to customer requests.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (electrical or trade industry experience is highly regarded but not essential).
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
