Key Responsibilities & Skill
1. Routing & Switching:
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
- Implement dynamic routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Configure and manage: VLANs, STP/RSTP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS policies
- Optimize network performance, resiliency, and redundancy
- Conduct capacity planning and network upgrades
2. Network Security (Palo Alto Firewalls):
- Design and manage Palo Alto Networks firewalls
* Configure: Security policies, NAT rules, zones, App-ID, User-ID, Content-ID, IPS/IDS and threat prevention * Implement advanced features: URL filtering, WildFire, SSL decryption
- Perform firewall audits, upgrades, and rule optimization
- Respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities
3. VPN & Remote Access (Prisma Global Protect):
- Deploy and maintain Prisma Global Protect VPN
* Configure: Remote access VPN, Site-to-site IPsec VPN * Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
* Implement secure access policies and MFA integration * Ensure seamless connectivity for remote workforce
