Tyrepower Butler is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
About the Role
- Assist customers with tyre, wheel, suspension and battery enquiries
- Prepare quotes and bookings in person, over the phone and via email
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Coordinate workshop bookings and communicate with customers
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store
About You
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive or tyre industry experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Reliable, well-presented and motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Driver's licence preferred
