The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated
Certificate III and Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our growing network of Montessori Academy centres across the
St George & Sutherland Shire region.
Our centres are located across:
- Bexley
- Engadine
- Gymea
- Hurstville
- Kirrawee
- Riverwood

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate team to provide high-quality education and care.
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and child safety practices.
- Complete observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
- Support the implementation of Montessori principles throughout daily practice.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- For Room Leaders, provide guidance and support to educators within your room and help drive high-quality educational practice.
About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
- A commitment to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for every child.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach to your work.
- For Room Leaders, previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting is highly regarded.
