As a Course Adviser, you’ll own the full sales journey. From first enquiry through to enrolment, guiding prospective students into the right course for their goals. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where success comes from building trust, understanding motivations, and confidently leading candidates to a decision.
As a Course Adviser, you will:

Engage with warm, pre-qualified course enquiries, providing timely, supportive and student-focused responses

Clearly explain course options, entry requirements and study pathways to help prospective students make informed decisions

Guide applicants through the enrolment process, nurturing interest and supporting progression through to successful conversion

Use a consultative, relationship-based approach to convert warm leads into enrolled students while achieving enrolment targets

Maintain accurate student records in the CRM system and support key administrative activities across the enrolment journey
