Casual Assistant Manager/Duty Manager

What you’ll do:
- Support Venue Manager with daily operations
- Support and lead bar staff to deliver top-notch service
- Keep the bar area running smoothly, safely and efficiently
- Jump in on the floor or bar when things get busy (we’re a team-first venue)
- Handle end-of-day cash-ups and ensure accurate reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar or supervisory experience (1–2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent product knowledge (cocktails, beer, wine, spirits)
- A current RSA
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun coastal venue

Hours will vary however weekend and night work is a must.
Pay: $36.00 – $46.00 per hour
