Section Waiter – Maven by Morgan, Fitzroy
Maven by Morgan is a neighbourhood restaurant on Brunswick St, Fitzroy. We're looking for an experienced section waiter to join our front of house team.
The role
You'll be running your own section, delivering a warm and knowledgeable dining experience from start to finish. We're a busy, quality-focused venue and we expect our floor staff to be confident, composed and genuinely hospitable.
What we're looking for
You have solid, verifiable experience running a section in a sit-down restaurant environment. You're comfortable with full table service, know how to read a room, and can hold your own during a busy service without needing your hand held. A working knowledge of food and wine is expected, not a bonus.
What you'll need
Current RSA certification, full working rights in Australia, and the ability to work a flexible roster including evenings and weekends.
