About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-growing dental aligner company focused on making high-quality orthodontic treatment more accessible.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, building trust with clients, and guiding people through meaningful purchasing decisions in a healthcare environment.
You will be the key link between patient interest and treatment conversion, working closely with dental partners across Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to and engage with company-generated patient enquiries
- Build rapport and guide patients through their treatment journey
- Clearly explain clear aligner treatment options and benefits
- Coordinate and book consultations with partner dental clinics
- Follow up with patients to support conversion from enquiry to treatment start
- Manage your pipeline and consistently work toward conversion targets
About You
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Confident, professional, and naturally persuasive
- Customer-focused with high attention to detail
- Driven by targets and motivated by results
- Dental or healthcare experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Strong spoken and written English
