ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a busy residential renovation & custom home building crew looking for a skilled and motivated Cert III carpenter to join the team. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of renovation projects & custom new builds, from structural work through to fine finishing, and we take pride in delivering work that genuinely stands out.
This role suits someone who moves efficiently, solves problems on the fly, and holds themselves to a high standard.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Custom new home builds from start to finish
- Custom home renovation builds
- Decking, flooring, doors, windows, and trim work
- Reading and working from plans
- Keeping sites tidy, safe, and running on schedule
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in residential renovations
- Sharp eye for detail — you notice what others miss and fix it before anyone asks
- Own work vehicle & trailer for transporting your own work tools
- Physically fit and comfortable with demanding site work
- Current driver’s licence
- Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
