As a Residential Youth Worker, you will provide consistent support to children and young people living in residential care while helping them develop essential life skills and achieve positive outcomes.

Support daily routines, personal care, meals, and household tasks.
- Build trusting and therapeutic relationships with young people.
- Assist with education, appointments, recreation, and community access.
- Promote emotional safety using trauma-informed practices.
- Complete reports, documentation, and case notes accurately.
- Hold, or be working towards, a relevant Certificate IV qualification.
- Experience supporting children and young people.
- Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred support.
- Current Driver Licence, First Aid, and CPR certification.
- Current Blue Card and relevant worker screening clearances.
