What We're Looking For:
ESSENTIAL
Strong Communication and customer-care skills
Current Drivers Licenses
Stable time management and follow-up capability
Organized, flexible, and able to work in a team environment
Organized, responsive, and quick to earn trust with owners, tenants and trades persons.
DESIRABLE
Prior Assistant Property Management Experience
VCAT exposure
Up-to-date knowledge of tenancy legislation and best practice
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage challenging stakeholders.
Proficient at finding accurate information fast and turning into clear insights.
What You'll do:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Promptly handle phone and email enquiries; same - day response is expected
Property Management:
Schedule and conduct routine, entry, and vacate inspections
Prepare condition, vacate, and rent - increase reports
Lodge maintenance requests and follow up to completion
Keep accurate records, letters and photographs for each tenancy
General:
Uphold workplace health-and-safety standards in line legislation and company policies.
Ready to assist with broader tasks beyond core duties when necessary.
Systems & Equipment:
Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
Internal Explorer / Modern browsers
Industry-specific property management software
