Working closely with the onsite HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensuring a great experience for our employees.
What you’ll be doing:

Being highly visible and available for employee enquiries across the site and escalating any serious matters to the HR Business Partner

Ensuring a basic understanding of the relevant Awards
-
Assist with employee relations documentation in line with policy and legislation
-
Support employee engagement and incentive programs
-
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for operational staff
-
Provide broad support across HR initiatives and activities across the organisation
-
Assist with internal communications to keep staff informed
-
Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate onboarding in the HRIS
