Cheol's 16 Victoria Ave store is now looking for an experienced barista, someone who genuinely loves coffee, brings great energy to the floor, and can help lead the team day-to-day. Barista experience is a must, but we’re looking just as much for attitude, leadership potential, and care for people.
What we’re looking for
You’re someone who:
- Has strong barista experience (able to handle busy service + consistent quality)
- Has a real passion for coffee and wants to keep improving
- Brings a positive attitude, calm under pressure, and leads by example
- Loves connecting with customers and building community
- Has a growth mindset! open to feedback and helping others improve
- Is reliable, organised, and takes ownership of standards
- Availability: 5 days a week (Mon - Fri) 30 - 35 hrs
What the role includes
- Supporting the manager and the team with day-to-day operations
- Leading the bar during service and setting the standard
- Keeping coffee workflow, cleanliness, and customer experience on point
- Being a strong culture person - good vibes, good habits, good leadership
