Integral Home Care (IHC) is a registered NDIS service provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred support to participants in their homes and communities. We are currently seeking passionate and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our team across Campbelltown and surrounding areas.
About the Role
As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide tailored in-home and community support to NDIS participants in the Campbelltown, Macarthur, and South-West Sydney region, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. Shifts are available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
This particular role supports a female participant based in the Oran Park / Campbelltown area, and involves regular personal care tasks.
Important: This role involves supporting a female participant with personal care (showering, dressing, continence care). Applicants should be comfortable performing these duties in line with the participant's preferences and dignity needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support (showering, grooming, dressing, continence care)
- Domestic assistance including cleaning, laundry, and home organisation
- Assist with meal preparation as needed
- Drive participant to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Support the participant with person-centred care aligned to her individual goals
- Accurately report and document incidents and routine care
- Identify and report risks associated with disability and aged care clients
About You
- Warm, friendly, and bubbly personality — someone the participant feels comfortable and at ease with
- Flexible and experienced working with clients who have disability-related support needs
- Reliable, patient, and respectful of the participant's routines and preferences
What You'll Need
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle (essential — this role requires driving the participant to appointments and activities)
- Based in or able to easily travel to the Oran Park / Campbelltown area
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (completed)
- Right to work in Australia
- Must be located in or able to travel to Campbelltown and surrounding areas
