About Us:
By day, we’re a specialty coffee and fresh food café. By night, we’ll be pouring local wines, shaking signature cocktails, and serving the classics with care. We’re about style without the pretension, fun without the chaos, and creating a space locals will want to come back to again and again.
The Role:
We’re looking for a allrounder who knows their way around a cocktail shaker and a wine list, and can bring both skill and personality to the venue. This role will start with weekend nights and selected events, with more shifts as we grow.
You’ll be:
Taking orders running food and drinks
Mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer and spirits with consistency and flair
Engaging ith guests and providing warm, knowledgeable service
Helping develop and refine our cocktail list and specials
Keeping the bar stocked, organised, and compliant with RSA standard
Working closely with FOH to ensure smooth service flow
What We’re Looking For:
Previous waiting experience (runnning food & wine service)
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for creating new ones
Wine knowledge is a big plus – we’re a wine-focused venue
Current RSA certification
Friendly, confident, and calm under pressure
Ability to work weekend nights and occasional events
