Cleaner Positions Available – Casual & Independent Contractor Roles
TMF Ventures Pty Ltd is currently seeking a reliable, trustworthy and professional female cleaner to join our growing team.
The successful applicant must be comfortable providing domestic cleaning services in a private home environment where they are required to respect the clients cultural, religious, and personal preferences.
Positions Available
- Position 1: 12–15 hours per week
- Position 2: 20–25 hours per week
Applications are welcomed from both casual employees and independent contractors (ABN holders).
About the Role
The successful applicant will provide domestic cleaning services in private homes, including:
- General household cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Bathroom and kitchen cleaning
- Laundry duties
- Ironing clothes and linen as required
- General domestic assistance to help maintain a clean and organised home
Essential Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential
- Permanent Australian residency or unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak and understand English
- Reliable, honest and professional manner
- Ability to reliably travel to client homes within the assigned service area and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Applicants residing within or near the service area will be highly regarded due to the travel requirements between client
Additional Requirements for Independent Contractors (ABN Holders)
- Current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (if applicable)
- Workers Compensation Insurance (where applicable)
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide:
- 100 points of identification
- Evidence of Australian working rights
- Any other relevant compliance or screening documentation required prior to commencement
